TV anime Sparks of Tomorrow has been selected for the TV Films category of the Official Competition at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, which will be held this June in Annecy, France. The Annecy International Animation Film Festival (June 21–27, 2026) was established in 1960 when the animation section of the Cannes International Film Festival became independent. It is the world’s longest running and largest animation film festival.
